Key Responsibilities
  1. Primarily responsible for managing client services operations efficiently and effectively aimed at total customer satisfaction.

Job Specification
  1. Required Competencies:
  2. MBA. Additional BE Electrical/Electronics education shall be regarded as a plus.
  3. 3 to 4 years experience in Operations Management.
  4. Proven expertise to plan, organize, lead, execute, control, and improve operations.
  5. Strong customer orientation.
  6. Computer proficiency with knowledge of MIS.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Good communication skills (both oral and written English).
  9. Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
  10. Good at building relationships and rapport.
  11. Excellent learning skills with an appetite for continuous learning and growth.
  12. Drive to excel and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
