We're Hiring: Customer Service Representatives - Commission Based Role (Remote)

At Finit Training, we're offering a commission-based opportunity for passionate individuals who want to grow in the world of sales, education, and accountancy services. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to build skills, earn well, and join a fast-moving remote team.

Position:

  • Customer Service Representative (Commission-Based)
  • Remote | UK-based client base
  • Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PKT | 6 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call potential UK clients for ACCA, AAT, and accountancy practice services
  • Generate and qualify leads for our management team
  • Deliver excellent service and answer basic queries
  • Keep a clear record of interactions and leads

What You Need:

  • A laptop, stable internet, and headset
  • A friendly, professional phone manner
  • Confidence, independence, and time management
  • Sales/customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Hunger to learn, grow, and earn based on results
