WebNcodes is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound lead generation and client acquisition. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, strategic, and excellent communicators, with a strong understanding of outreach tactics and experience in managing freelance platforms like Upwork. You will be a key player in expanding our client base through consistent engagement across various channels, particularly LinkedIn and freelance marketplaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute outbound lead generation through personalized LinkedIn messaging, email campaigns, and follow-ups
• Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities within target industries
• Manage and optimize our freelance marketplace profiles (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour) to attract quality leads
• Craft compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to individual project requirements
• Maintain an organized CRM and outreach tracker to ensure follow-ups and pipeline visibility
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and target outreach efforts
• Monitor performance of outreach campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Represent WebNcodes professionally in all communications, ensuring a high standard of client interaction
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• 1-2 year of experience in business development, client outreach, or freelance platform management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication and persuasive writing skills
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly)
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Trello, or Notion-based tracking)
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and outreach strategy
• Ability to research and personalize outreach at scale
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet outreach targets
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn about our services to effectively pitch and position them
