Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IPTV Sales & Support Agent located in Lahore District. The Sales & Support Agent will handle customer inquiries, provide technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with inbound and outbound sales campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining strong client relationships. Agents will work with U.S.-based campaigns, including Spectrum, DIRECTV, and Xfinity.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Technical Support skills
  • Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
  • Experience with telecom services is a plus
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in related fields are beneficial
