If you are passionate about brand building, innovation, and creating consumer impact in the out-of-home (Food Service) channel, then this role is for youYou will be responsible for leading Wall's Food Service strategy in Pakistan, shaping the evolution of our bulk portfolio, driving Horeca & parlor partnerships, and building new consumption occasions through innovation and premiumization. This is a unique opportunity to transform how consumers experience Wall's beyond retail and make it the partner of choice for operators and caterers.**Key Responsibilities****Consumer & Market Understanding**Develop a sharp understanding of FS demand spaces (Horeca, catering, leisure, parlor/kiosk) and evolving operator/consumer needs.Lead competitive analysis across local and global players**Brand & Portfolio Growth**Own and influence the 6Ps of marketing to drive penetration, market share, and GM-accretive growth.Lead the renovation of the bulk portfolio and innovations roadmap (premium indulgent ranges)Balance dual-track strategy: strengthen mass portfolio while building premium credentials.**Innovation & Deployment**Lead cross-functional project teams (Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Agencies) to land innovations with excellence.Deliver launch plans for new formats and premium concepts**Channel & Customer Development**Translate FS strategy into execution plans for Horeca, parlors, kiosks, and leisure.Partner with CD and channel teams on cabinet deployment, menu development, and customer toolkits.**Campaigns & Communication**Deploy digital-first media and chef-facing campaigns to build awareness and drive adoption of Wall's in the FS ecosystem.Manage content creation (recipe menus, customer toolkits, premium POSM).**What You Need to Succeed****Skills**Strong analytical and financial acumen (GM focus, pricing strategy, costing).Creative mindset to transform bulk ice cream into consumer-loved experiences.End-to-end marketing management: innovation, launch planning, demand generation, and portfolio operations.Ablility to rally cross-functional stakeholders and channel teams around a shared vision.Obsession with brands, consumers, and customers, always balancing premium storytelling with data-driven rigor.**Experiences & Qualifications**Bachelor's degree required2–4 years' experience in MarketingProven track record of working with agencies and cross-functional teams.Experience in customer/channel development or trade marketing is a plus.**LEADERSHIP:****WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:*** A unique mix of global scale & start-up spirit—€8.3bn powerhouse with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
