Overview
The Ice Cream division aims to become an independent, EUR 8.3 billion publicly listed company by the end of 2025. This role focuses on driving growth and transformation of Wall's In-Home portfolio, including bricks, buckets, tubs, multipacks, and premium formats, balancing affordability with aspiration for Pakistani households.

Job Purpose
If you are passionate about brand building, portfolio renovation, and innovation that delights families in their homes, this role is for you. You will lead growth and transformation of Wall's In-Home portfolio today and shape the future roadmap with multipacks and premium formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer & Market Understanding: Build deep understanding of household ice cream consumption and evolving family occasions. Analyze competitive strategies to sharpen Wall's positioning.
  • Portfolio Growth & Renovation: Own the 6Ps of marketing to drive penetration, market share, and category growth. Lead renovation of bricks, buckets, and tubs to strengthen quality, trust, and value. Shape the future roadmap including entry into multipacks and indulgent variants.
  • Innovation & Deployment: Lead cross-functional project teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, CD, Agencies) to land innovations seamlessly with strong pre-build and execution planning.
  • Campaigns & Communication: Develop campaigns across TV, digital, and outdoor. Execute digital-first performance marketing and adapt communications for Ramadan, Eid, and other occasions. Lead influencer and PR partnerships.
  • Business & Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Finance, CD, and Supply Chain to deliver GM-accretive growth. Drive pricing strategy and affordability interventions without compromising brand equity. Be the voice of the portfolio across stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed
Obsession with consumers and evolving ice cream occasions. Combination of analytical rigor and creative brand building. Knowledge of end-to-end marketing management from innovation to launch and campaign execution. Ability to inspire cross-functional teams with a clear portfolio vision and manage operational details with discipline.

Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
1-2 years' experience in Marketing or Brand Building
Proven track record in innovation delivery and managing cross-functional teams
Agency management experience (creative, media, PR, digital)
Foods/Refreshments experience is a plus
