Role Description:

Lumida Wealth is looking for a Brand & Social Media Lead to build and amplify our digital presence across social platforms. If you're a creative storyteller, know how to craft engaging content, and have a deep understanding of audience growth strategies, this role is for you As the Brand & Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for shaping Lumida Wealth's online presence, growing our community, and enhancing brand awareness. You'll lead content creation, social media strategy, and engagement efforts to position Lumida as a thought leader in the wealth management and fintech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Meta, TikTok)
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (graphics, short-form videos, carousels)
  • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a strong brand identity
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement & reach
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers, partners, and industry voices
  • Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices

Requirements:

  • Social Media Management (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Analytics & Insights (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, Brandwatch)
  • Short-form & Video Scripting (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Copywriting & Storytelling (For captions, posts, and brand messaging)

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, or content strategy
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging multimedia content
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience growth strategies
  • Passion for finance, investing, and wealth management (a plus)
