Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Team Lead with a strong background in managing paid ads, developing social media calendars, and crafting strategic social media campaigns tailored to different clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing brand presence and engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve client objectives.
  • Social Media Calendar Development: Create and maintain comprehensive social media calendars that align with client goals and timelines.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement customized social media strategies for diverse clients, focusing on increasing engagement, traffic, and conversions.
  • Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility and recognition through effective social media tactics across multiple platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in paid advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to develop and execute tailored social media strategies for different industries.
  • Brand Management: Demonstrated success in building and enhancing brand awareness through social media.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
