Job Description

We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and take our brand presence to the next level.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and execute social media plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and sales.
  2. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'Social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  3. Keep track of the latest trends in social media and incorporate them into campaigns.
  4. Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
  5. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  6. Monitor and analyze the success of campaigns.
  7. Coordinate with brands, bloggers, and relevant professionals to promote brand awareness and create social buzz around product launches.
  8. Experience in videography and video editing software.
Job Specification

What We're Looking For:

  1. Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns with measurable results.
  2. Expertise in driving traffic, leads, and sales through social media channels.
  3. Strong understanding of content marketing, content growth, and SEO principles.
  4. Proficiency in using analytics and data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  6. Confidence in using various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and think outside the box.
  8. This is a full-time hybrid job (10 PM till 5 PM). In the future, it can convert into a full-time on-site job.
