We are looking for a skilled Hardware Product Manager with a strong engineering background

in electrical or embedded systems and hands-on experience on a hardware IoT project selecting

Hardware and sensor elements as per customer requirements.

This role is critical to shaping the future of our hardware products by owning the end-to-end

product lifecycle – from requirements gathering to launch, while collaborating closely with

engineering, design, operations, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead product development for PLC Group's hardware solutions, including edge

controllers, IoT gateways, sensors, and embedded systems.

● Manage and Own End to end-to-end product Lifecycle for hardware products from Ideation till

End of Life

● Gather and document technical and functional user requirements for new hardware

products

● Translate business needs into technical hardware requirements, detailed specs, product

roadmaps, and feature documents.

● Perform competitive analysis, market research, and cost-benefit assessments to guide

decision-making.

● Manage product lifecycle from concept through prototype, validation, and mass

production.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, and procurement)

to define hardware specifications and ensure timely delivery.

● Manage hardware vendor and manufacturing partner relationships to ensure quality,

timelines, and alignment with product goals.

● Own the hardware product documentation, versioning, and change control.

● Support go-to-market activities in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and

Marketing.

● Communicate product vision, updates, and roadmaps to technical teams and key

stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Electronics, or a

related technical field. A Master Degree is a plus.

● 4–5 years of experience in hardware product management or embedded/electrical

engineering roles with strong product ownership.

● Experience in Telecom Industry specially with MNOs and TowerCos

● Understanding and Experience with Remote Management Systems (RMS) in a Telco

Enviorment is a major plus

● Detail Understanding of Hardware Design Process from Intial idea to the final product

and the steps involved

● Experience with IoT devices, telemetry systems, or edge computing products.

● Familiarity with product lifecycle tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) and documentation

standards.

● Proven experience working on firmware, embedded systems, or hardware-centric

products.

● Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
