Accountant / Accounts Manager

We are looking to hire an accountant/accounts manager to look after our company's accounts and finance. They will be working in an office environment and handling finance related to real estate, property and construction sector mostly. You will be responsible for financial accounts of multiple projects undertaken by the company from time to time.

Duties:
  1. Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  2. Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  3. Prepare accounts and tax returns.
  4. Monitor spending and budgets.
  5. Audit and analyze financial performance.
  6. Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  7. Advise on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
  8. Compile and present financial and budget reports.
  9. Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
  10. Keep account books and systems up to date.
  11. Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
  12. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies & procedures.
  13. Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits.

Someone with a specialization degree in finance and accounting shall be preferred. You need to have a good work experience in the field as well as a clear understanding of all essential financial concepts. Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills are important.
