Pakson International Pvt Limited is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Professional to join their team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a strong understanding of financial systems and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Undertake comprehensive financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards;
  2. Develop and implement effective financial management strategies, including budgeting and forecasting;
  3. Provide expert advice on tax and treasury matters, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for the organisation;
  4. Negotiate terms with suppliers, fostering strong relationships and securing best-value deals;
  5. Liaise with internal and external auditors, addressing any financial irregularities and implementing corrective actions;
  6. Prepare detailed financial reports, highlighting key trends and recommendations for improvement;
  7. Collaborate with clients to provide financial information and guidance, ensuring seamless communication and support;
  8. Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying potential threats and developing mitigation strategies;
  9. Manage junior colleagues, providing mentorship and coaching to ensure their professional growth and development;
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, applying knowledge to inform business decisions and drive success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation;
  • Proven experience in senior financial roles, with a strong track record of leadership and achievement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions;
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including accounting and financial management systems.
