Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including banking transactions, ledgers, taxes, and import/export documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain accounts, including both import/export ledgers and local ledgers.
  2. Handle banking transactions and maintain bank reconciliations.
  3. Oversee tax compliance, including filing tax returns, generating challans, and managing custom taxes.
  4. Prepare and review financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Maintain timely and accurate financial reporting.
  6. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  7. Manage payroll and financial records for the organization.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in accounting, finance, and tax management.
  3. Strong understanding of import/export financial procedures.
  4. Expertise in tax regulations and compliance.
  5. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
