Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Khanewal. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers, and assisting with various IT tasks. You will also be working to implement an ERP system across the organization. Daily activities include managing help desk support functions, solving technical problems, ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and maintaining efficient communication with users to resolve their technical issues promptly.

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with desktop computers and hardware maintenance
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
