We specialize in assembling electric scooters and delivering them across Pakistan through dealer/distributor platforms. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 10 years of progressive experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligning with the company's business goals.
  • Manage recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Maintain HR systems and records, reporting on key metrics.
  • Foster a positive company culture and promote employee engagement.
Job Specification
  • Master degree / Bachelor\'s degree in HR (Master's preferred)
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are an added advantage
  • Ex-Army / Ex-Defense Forces background strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams and handling HR operations across departments
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
