Timing: 3 to 6 Hours on Weekends

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Power Automate Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions focused on Microsoft Power Automate and the broader Power Platform.

*Position Overview:*

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Power Automate Trainer with solid industry experience to lead engaging, hands-on training sessions for professionals eager to master automation. You will deliver sessions based on the latest tools and techniques including AI integrations and workflow automation with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and AI-powered platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Conduct interactive training sessions covering practical tools and real-world automation scenarios, including:

Microsoft Power Automate Mastery: From beginner to advanced workflows

Integrating AI tools: Chat GPT, Gemini, Firefly and other AI assistants into automation flows

Building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate & SharePoint

Automation for Business Processes: Finance, HR, Operations & more

Designing and deploying AI-powered chatbots and workflows

Custom connectors, AI Copilots, and workflow optimization

Real-time troubleshooting and mentorship during labs and projects

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform (3+ years)

Strong understanding of workflow automation and integration with Microsoft 365

Familiarity with AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Mid journey, Firefly to enhance automation

Prior experience in delivering technical training or workshops

Ability to explain complex automation concepts in a clear, approachable manner

*Preferred Skills:*

Experience with Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI integration

Knowledge of custom connectors, Azure Logic Apps, RPA (Power Automate Desktop)

Experience with prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks (Lang Chain, Auto GPT) a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills
