About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst / Data Solutions Specialist to lead our data initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale databases, developing advanced analytical solutions, building predictive dashboards, and delivering key business insights to stakeholders. Your expertise will drive smarter, data-backed decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, maintain, and optimize scalable relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Write complex and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for analytics and reporting.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and visual analytics using Power BI and other BI tools.
  • Apply statistical modeling and data mining techniques to derive actionable business insights.
  • Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with department leads (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits for database security and integrity.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a data-driven culture.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Upto 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or database development.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with a strong understanding of RDBMS performance tuning and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report design) and/or Crystal Reports.
  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS, and ETL frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and analytics frameworks.
  • Strong experience working with data visualization, KPI development, and executive dashboards.
  • Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
