Overview

Affinity Digital is a fast-growing AI-powered digital solutions company helping businesses across industries scale with automation, marketing, and growth strategies. We're looking to expand our sales team with motivated Cold Callers who are hungry for success, confident on the phone, and eager to earn uncapped commissions on top of a stable base salary.

Role Overview

As a Cold Caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your goal will be to introduce Affinity's services, build interest, and set up qualified appointments for our business team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients daily (provided leads + self-sourced leads).
  • Introduce Affinity Digital's services clearly and confidently.
  • Build rapport and engage decision-makers to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up appointments for senior sales staff.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
  • Update CRM records with accurate call notes and prospect details.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in English (clear and confident phone presence).
  • Prior cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Ability to handle objections professionally and persistently.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Comfortable working with performance-based incentives.
