We're in hyper-growth mode, and we're expanding our sales team. We're looking for hungry, motivated SDRs / Appointment Setters to fill our pipeline and hand opportunities over to our Account Executives (AEs) to close.

The Role

As an SDR at Affinity, you are the first point of contact for potential customers. Your job is to:


• Prospect businesses globally.


• Cold call, email, and LinkedIn message leads.


• Qualify prospects and uncover their marketing needs.


• Book meetings / demos for our AEs.


• Work closely with AEs to ensure smooth handoffs and high conversion rates.

This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who wants to break into SaaS sales and earn per qualified meeting set, with additional bonuses tied to deals closed.

Responsibilities


• Build prospect lists and run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn).


• Set up qualified appointments for Account Executives.


• Follow a proven outreach script while personalizing for each prospect.


• Learn how to handle objections and build interest in Affinity's AI platform.


• Collaborate with AEs to maximize close rates.
