Positions

Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher who will be responsible for finding and booking loads for drivers and negotiating prices with both drivers and brokers.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with TMS and load boards. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage load schedules efficiently are essential.

Sales Representative

We are also hiring an experienced Sales Representative to focus on onboarding new carriers through cold calling.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong cold-calling abilities, and proven sales experience, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.

Requirements for Both Positions:

Prior experience in dispatching and/or sales (mandatory)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Familiarity with the trucking and logistics industry (preferred)
