We are seeking an experienced Student Counsellor / Admission Officer who will be responsible to advise students about study abroad, universities programs and other study pathways with strong organizational and administrative skills.

  • We require an individual with strong people focus & commitment to building relationships both inside and outside the company.
  • You will be responsible for providing all-around support with office facilities and assistance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the office runs efficiently, including liaising with facilities/premises management.
  • Coordinating with education partners and clients to finalize student admissions.
  • Assisting with events management & Education/Career Expos as and when required.
  • Fully responsible for the entire application process of students (from documentation to visa application submission).
  • Client management in reference to parents/guardians of students as well as individual students.
  • Following up on prospective students via phone calls and emails.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous work experience, especially in the Canadian education sector, as well as the UK & Australia, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, quick learning, and the ability to multitask.
  • Highly competent with MS Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Commitment to excel in all tasks.
