Specific Responsibilities
Overall Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end technical support for products, ensuring all quality standards are met for bulk production, with a focus on cost efficiency and timely delivery.

  • Participate in kickoff & line review precautions
  • Address critical technical issues and children's safety concerns
  • Provide technical clarification for TP
  • Support difficult styles technically to vendors
  • Evaluate FIT/PP
  • Verify trims and fabrics with Mer
  • Check design and construction of samples
  • Conduct measurement checks and fit photo documentation
  • Verify and correct CAD patterns
  • Write comments and maintain records in PLM system
  • Upload sample reports
  • Review mock-ups and provide suggestions
  • Coordinate VC fit sessions with vendors
  • Verify technical issues with customers
  • Follow up with vendors on e-pattern corrections
  • Evaluate TOP/inline samples
  • Highlight critical technical issues and coordinate with QC
  • Clarify technical details with Mer and customers
  • Maintain daily sample logs
  • Manage vendor improvements and monitor factory utilization of patterns
  • Conduct safety case learning
  • Oversee sampling approval processes, ensuring timely submission and quality execution
  • Collaborate with merchandisers, buyers, suppliers, and overseas tech teams on sample approval, pattern making, grading, and assessment processes
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Additional Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Stay updated with garment design and construction trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trims, and prints, with a good sense of costing and design
  • Ability to resolve fitting issues and modify patterns using CAD; Gerber experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Garment Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and drawing tools
  • Flex PLM system experience is a plus
