Responsibilities and Requirements

As a technical design consultant, you will have the following responsibilities and requirements:

  • Decision Making: You will make decisions regarding product technical support, quality assurance, and sample approval processes.
  • Communication: You will communicate effectively with our merchandisers, buyers, suppliers, and overseas office tech team to complete the whole process of sample approval, pattern making/grading/marker making, or sample assessing working experience.
  • Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with our teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: You will identify and solve problems related to product technical support, quality assurance, and sample approval processes.

You will have at least 5 years of working experience and knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques. You will also have the ability to resolve various fitting issues and modify patterns using CAD, Gerber preferred. Additionally, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel, PPT, MS Teams, and drawings. Flex PLM system experience will be a plus.
