Position Summary
The Zonal Manager will be responsible for achieving zonal sales targets in line with region's sales plan. Identifying new business opportunity and its implementation. Sales force management and engagement and guiding the team for effective demand creation and customer management.
Location: Shikarpur - Sukkur
The Role
- Provide leadership and guidance to respective sales teams
- Identify new business prospects, convert opportunities into business
- Lead, develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies at zonal level in alignment with overall business strategy.
- Actively engage with customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish efficient demand creation process and team to sustain and grow sales
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and ethics
- Consistently collaborate with the marketing team for implementation of marketing activities
- Consistently maintain a strong relationship with all external stakeholders
- Graduated in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, Agronomy or and related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Agricultural industry, preferably Pesticides.
- Full proficiency in the Sindhi language.
- Successful track record of sales growth and team development.
- Proven track record of building relationships with customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding agricultural input marketing and sales value chain, behavior of various market participants.
- Excellent execution skills.
- Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire the sales force and build high performance culture.
- Business acumen – good perspective & big picture thinking ability.
- Result oriented and customer focused.
- Strong relationship building skills.
