The role of Zonal Sales Manager is a critical position in driving sales growth and team development within the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to sales teams to drive sales growth and team development.
  • IDentify new business prospects and convert them into successful sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies at the zonal level, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and ethics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A degree in Agriculture, Agrotechnology, or Agronomy is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in pesticides.
  • Full proficiency in the Sindhi language is essential.
  • A successful track record of sales growth and team development is necessary.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers is crucial.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office are required.
  • Understanding of the agricultural input marketing and sales value chain is vital.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong business acumen and big picture thinking ability are necessary.
  • Customer-focused approach is essential.
