Job Responsibilities
  • Financial modeling, cash flow planning, and budgeting.
  • Managing and controlling overall accounting and store functions.
  • Planning external audits and coordinating with auditors for completion and resolution of observations.
  • Dealing with financial institutions, tax advisors, legal advisors, and regulators.
  • Overseeing department operations, including designing an organizational structure to achieve goals.
  • Providing financial advice, preparing daily reports, vouchers, analysis, and supporting subordinates for sound decision-making.
  • Forecasting cash flow positions and budgets.
  • Preparing management reports, including financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Ensuring financial practices comply with legislation, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintaining store inventories, including monitoring monthly stock counts.
  • Maintaining project inventories.
  • Ensuring prompt payments to suppliers, payroll, consultants, and others.
  • Maintaining sales records, customer files, and proper booking of receipts.
  • Assisting management in strategic planning.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Job Specification

Proficiency in accounting, MS Office, Oracle database; ability to utilize resources effectively; responsible for timely vendor payments, invoicing, billing, overseeing budgets, and coordinating with government authorities and key departments.
