Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote

Role Type: Full-Time

About The Role

We\'re seeking an experienced SDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. You\'ll work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. The company provides lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets.

What success looks like

15+ qualified appointments per month with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget. You\'ll be part of an integrated sales team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

This role suits people who have consistently hit targets in complex B2B environments and want to join a company serious about scaling revenue.

Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and manage the end-to-end process from research to handoff.
  • Collaborate with client teams to align outreach with revenue targets.
  • Utilize lead intelligence and outreach tools to drive qualified opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection; own laptop/desktop; quiet workspace; good quality microphone or headset
