Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory issues and compliance of all internal controls. Implement and comply with Group Compliance Policy, considering operational risks.
  2. Hands-on experience with Data ONTAP C-MODE (mandatory) and 7-MODE.
  3. Experience with standard change, incident, and problem management systems, including NetApp upgrades, firmware updates on shelves and disks.
  4. Proficiency with NetApp technologies (Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapRestore, De-Duplication, Snap-Vault, Operations Manager, Backup Software, Storage Capacity Management, Performance Testing).
  5. NetApp certifications such as NCSA or SAN Implementation Engineer are a plus.
  6. Experience with Vservers, Vfilers, Namespace, NDO, Datamotion, and NetApp automation tools like WFA.
  7. Knowledge of SAN fabrics, Cisco, Brocade, and storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC).
  8. Procedures to ensure storage provisioning, uptime, compliance, and data protection.
  9. Participation in Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
  10. Willingness to work in a 24x7 storage environment, including on-call, weekend shifts, and support.
  11. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and proactively resolve issues to maximize customer satisfaction.

This role involves on-call support, weekend work, and adherence to high standards of operational excellence.
