Responsibilities
  • Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, etc.).
  • Write efficient, production-ready Python code for scalable AI solutions.
  • Work on data pipelines for ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing of large datasets.
  • Research, prototype, and optimize LLMs and AI agents for business use cases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and product teams to ensure smooth model deployment and monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development with a strong focus on AI/ML frameworks.
  • Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Experience building and deploying machine learning models, deep learning architectures, and NLP/LLM solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Strong knowledge of API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django REST).
  • Good grasp of MLOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
