Senior Manager Market Research

We won't say we can predict the future, but our team of Market Research Analysts gets pretty close. This role combines data analysis and client consultation from the start, with plenty of room for growth. You will find the stories behind scatter plots and help clients determine which products to launch. Your insights will influence decisions for some of today's leading global companies.
Responsibilities- Lead a client servicing team to ensure prompt delivery of service to responsible clients, achieving set financial objectives and operational performance indicators.
- Handle all stages of a Customized Market Research Project independently, including:
- Responding to RFPs / Proposal Design (Objectives, Research design, Sample design, Costing)
- Project Launch
- Presentation preparation and sharing insights with clients
- Account Management
- Team management
- Postgraduate or MBA from a well-known institute
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics and client servicing roles
- Strong client focus and proactiveness
- Knowledge of statistics, multivariate analysis, research techniques, and methodologies
- Ability to influence, persuade, and communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insightfully
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Maturity and creative problem-solving skills in crisis situations
- Ability to analyze financial data to meet business targets and identify issues early
