About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Assistant Executive to join our accounts/finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting tasks, assist with financial records, and ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Support petty cash management.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounts/finance (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
