Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operator/Dispatcher located in Islamabad. The Operator/Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and dispatching services using software like Cordic, iCabbi, InfoCAB, Autocab, and more. The role involves ensuring efficient operations and delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using dispatching software like Cordic, iCabbi, InfoCAB, Autocab, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
