Who We're Looking For

You're a skilled B2B designer with experience producing high-performing marketing assets across paid ads, email campaigns, trade show booths, and sales enablement. You manage multiple projects at once, work well with cross-functional teams, and never miss a deadline. You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong sense of visual hierarchy, branding, and messaging.

You're also an AI enthusiast—proficient in modern creative tools like Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway, and always exploring new ways to work faster and smarter. You push the limits of what's possible with design automation and visual experimentation, while maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Creative Execution

• Design static and motion ads for paid social, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Create email graphics, hero images, and modular templates to boost engagement.
• Produce trade-show graphics including booths, banners, handouts, and screen content.
• Build sales collateral (one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks) that align with brand and goals.
• Design web and landing-page assets (banners, icons, visuals) for conversion and SEO.
  
  

Project Management & Collaboration

• Own asset timelines from brief to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality output.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visuals with messaging and performance goals.
• Apply feedback efficiently and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Maintain up-to-date brand guidelines and templates in Figma and SharePoint.
  
  

Production & Asset Governance

• Deliver production-ready files for print and digital formats.
• Organize assets using consistent naming, versioning, and documentation practices.
• Share process improvements, design checklists, and lessons learned with the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B design experience in SaaS or agency settings.
• Strong portfolio across paid ads, email campaigns, event graphics, and marketing collateral.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience with motion graphics or video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
• Passion for AI tools and staying on the leading edge of design innovation.
• Solid project management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UTM usage, performance marketing goals, and A/B testing best practices.

• Experience marketing to SMB audiences in fitness, wellness, or beauty verticals.
• Experience working in Jira or similar task/project management systems.
