In this role you will

The role is responsible for managing the complete RFP, bidding, and procurement process for products and services, ensuring transparency and compliance at every stage. It involves conducting detailed evaluations of technical and commercial proposals in line with predefined criteria, reviewing and vetting commercial clauses within RFPs and RFQs, and preparing comprehensive comparative statements to support informed decision-making. The position plays a key role in driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy in procurement activities while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare comparative statements of RFQs, including detailed price benchmarking.
  • Secure necessary approvals and create Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain and update Project Status Reports (PSR), open PO reports, and procurement cycle reports.
  • Perform financial evaluations of submitted bids against price benchmarks.
  • Create RFQs, comparative statements, and related attachments in SAP.
  • Generate and analyze system reports (weekly/monthly) on POs/PRs using the MM module in SAP.
Qualification
  • Professional Degree in Business Administration/Finance or Supply Chain Management from recognized institute.
