Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Procurement Executive to oversee and manage the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control processes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and the ability to maintain vendor relationships while ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality.
  • Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and manage long-term vendor relationships.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure timely payment processing and cost control.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and procurement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product availability, especially in skincare and aesthetics supplies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably in retail, beauty, or healthcare industry).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and vendor sourcing is a plus.
