Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive at Baskin Robbins Pakistan in Lahore. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the purchasing processes, creating and managing purchase orders, and overall purchase management. They will need to utilize analytical skills to evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and track inventory levels. Effective communication with internal teams and suppliers will be essential in ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Role Description

  • collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the company's needs and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting procurement activities in line with policies and regulations, identifying and mitigating risks, managing vendor payments, and providing regular reports for analysis.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and handle urgent project deliverables, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
  • Assist in maintaining procurement records and compliance and undertake any special tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and evaluate suppliers effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to track inventory levels.
  • At least 1-2 years of p
    rior experience in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Project Budgeting and cash inflows/outflows.
  • MS Excel & MSGP hands-on Experience.
