Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales and leasing objectives.


• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor positioning, and current real estate trends.


• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, signage).


• Work closely with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling promotional materials and advertisements.


• Oversee the company's digital presence, including websites, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.


• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.


• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.


• Enhance the company's public image through storytelling, PR campaigns, and community engagement.


• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead nurturing campaigns and track ROI.


• Implement CRM strategies to manage leads and customer journeys.


• Plan and coordinate promotional events, open houses, trade shows, and community outreach programs.


• Partner with brokers, developers, and industry stakeholders to maximize exposure.

Qualification:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.


• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
