Role Description

  1. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
  2. Seek out new clients and build a pipeline of potential deals and partnerships.
  3. Develop and execute strategies for entering new markets and territories.
  4. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  5. Attend networking events, real estate conferences, and industry seminars to establish new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
  6. Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  7. Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  8. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
  9. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients or partners.
  10. Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet revenue and business growth targets.
  11. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, pricing, and demand within target markets.
  12. Evaluate the competitive landscape to create strategies for differentiating the company's offerings.
  13. Analyze potential investments, real estate opportunities, and return on investment (ROI) calculations.
  14. Foster relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, and other key business partners to facilitate new projects or joint ventures.
  15. Identify and negotiate strategic alliances, partnerships, and joint ventures to expand the company's reach.

Qualifications

  1. Proven skills in Business Development and Lead Generation
  2. Strong Communication skills
  3. Experience in sales and banking
  4. Understanding of business processes and strategy
  5. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
