Job Description: Billing Executive (USA) / Accounts Receivable

Location: DHA Phase 8, Plot 45 - D Block, Opposite to Bank Habib Metro, Lahore

Shift: 7pm to 4am night shift

Company: Transpotech (subsidiary of Sunny's Worldwide)

This position is Office Based

Transpotech is looking for a skilled and proactive Billing & Collections / CSR – Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage client billing, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain strong client relationships. This role combines customer service and financial accountability, requiring clear communication and a deep understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate accurate client invoices and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Follow up on overdue payments through calls and emails in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Resolve client billing issues and disputes efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Track, update, and maintain accurate records of transactions, payment history, and outstanding balances.
  • Prepare aging reports and collaborate with internal teams for smooth account reconciliation.
  • Assist the finance team with month-end reporting and audits.
  • Communicate with international clients, ensuring timely collections and top-tier service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Preferable in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Solid understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation practices.
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and meet payment deadlines.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. accounting standards is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
