Social Media Manager
who is hands on, creative, and capable of
managing a team while ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across all digital platforms
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the
    Social Media Lead
    and manage the wider
    social media & content team
    (designers, video editors, community managers) to deliver on time.
  • Develop
    creative ideas, campaign directions, and content concepts
    aligned with brand goals.
  • Write, edit, and refine
    captions, taglines, and campaign copy
    for posts, reels, and ads.
  • Oversee
    daily posting, scheduling, and publishing
    across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Manage and optimise
    paid campaigns
    (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) for leads, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Supervise
    community management
    to ensure comments, messages, and queries are handled professionally.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and share
    performance insights
    with management.
  • You can monitor
    social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
    and act quickly to implement new ideas.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience
    managing
    brand-level social media accounts
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
  • Strong
    content writing and idea development
    skills.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with a
    creative/social media team
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    , and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent team management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in fast-paced environments.
