Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and collaborating with management to foster an engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with external stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
  2. Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, including the reconciliation of payroll data, taxes, and the collection of essential information related to incentives, overtime, and allowances.
  3. Prepare and analyze compensation reports, benefit costs, and related metrics for management review.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity for onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes.
  5. Oversee the orientation and onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
  6. Address and resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, collaborating with management as needed.
  7. Support the performance management process by coordinating evaluations and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  8. Process EOBI and ESSI vouchers as required.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in managing employee information from onboarding to exit.
  10. Organize and support events, workshops, or programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  11. Assist in audits related to compensation and benefits programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR management.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
