We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive with exceptional English communication skills and prior experience in US-based sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or high-ticket sales. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls to potential US-based clients for real estate opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consultative selling.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals.
Provide accurate information on properties, financing options, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in US campaigns (real estate, insurance, or high-value sales).
Fluent English (spoken/written) with a neutral accent – must be comfortable engaging US clients.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (if required for US time zones).
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
