Real Estate Sales Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an ambitious individual who can generate sales of real estate projects by identifying client needs, providing expert investment advice, and building long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in lead generation, client consultation, and achieving assigned sales targets through professional guidance and client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote real estate projects to potential investors and buyers.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' investment goals and recommend appropriate property options.

  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, referrals, digital campaigns, and networking.

  • Arrange site visits and project presentations for clients and follow up regularly to close sales.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and investment proposals tailored to individual clients.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, pricing, and competitors.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the team lead/manager.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Participate in property expos, seminars, and promotional events organized by the company.

  • Provide after-sales support to clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and investment trends is an advantage.
