To manage and oversee all administrative operations and security functions of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, safety of employees and assets, regulatory compliance, and a secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Management:Supervise the daily administrative operations, including facility management, office services, transportation, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenditures.
Coordinate with HR and Finance for resource planning and procurement of office supplies and services.
Lead logistics and support for internal and external meetings, conferences, and official events.
Maintain records and documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors.
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
Oversee security operations across all company premises.
Manage security staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability checks.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and investigate security breaches.
Ensure coordination with law enforcement, fire safety, and emergency response teams.
Monitor surveillance systems, access control systems, and ensure full coverage of security devices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
Prepare periodic reports on administrative and security metrics for senior management.
Conduct drills and training sessions on fire safety, first aid, and emergency response.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
810 years of progressive experience in administration and security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Background in law enforcement, armed forces, or private security is a plus.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in MS Office, security software, and facility management tools.
