Job Title: Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist – Canadian Market

Location: Gulberg Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 50,000 to 70,000 PKR

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Timings:

  • Evening Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT after Daylight Saving)
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM PKT (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM PKT after Daylight Saving)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with Canadian hiring experience to help source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality technical candidates for roles based in Canada. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team focused on excellence and global talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical positions tailored to the Canadian market.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.

Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards to identify and attract top talent.

Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and ensure smooth tracking.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.

Stay informed about trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices within the Canadian tech ecosystem.

Conduct both behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and capabilities.

Qualifications

Prior experience recruiting for technical roles in the Canadian job market is a must.

Solid understanding of software development roles, technical stacks, and job functions.

Strong sourcing capabilities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and GitHub.

Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Ability to conduct structured interviews and assess both hard and soft skills effectively.

Open to candidates with O/A Level education or strong proficiency in English.
