
Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, business development, and client acquisition, with a proven ability to leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot for lead generation. This mid-level role is pivotal in driving Bitsol's growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities within HealthTech, EdTech, and other key IT services domains.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, and other tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential clients globally.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and Bitsol's offerings.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities within HealthTech, EdTech, and emerging IT domains.
- Resource Augmentation Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the resource augmentation model, including presenting its benefits to prospective clients.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling company profiles, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Event Participation: Represent Bitsol at virtual global events, fostering relationships and driving business development activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to align strategies for revenue growth.
- Strategic Communication: Act as the initial point of contact for prospects, effectively conveying company values and services.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and business development activities to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably with exposure to HealthTech and EdTech domains.
- Expertise in LinkedIn, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a track record of successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Proficient in HubSpot, with the ability to maximize its potential for CRM and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations both virtually and onsite.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in attending virtual global events and driving impactful business development activities.
- Familiarity with Apollo and other lead-generation tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Experience with AI Tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HealthTech and EdTech industry trends and challenges.
- Experience working in IT services companies with a focus on resource augmentation models.
- Understanding of emerging global IT markets, particularly in the US.
