You deploy the "Perfect POS" initiative to help Mondelēz International grow top-line sales and bottom-line margin while delivering stunning in-store visibility with best-in-class display solutions.

How You Will Contribute

  • Define and develop in-store standards for primary shelf and secondary placement aligned with category and brand strategy, adapting to each retail environment with supporting rationale and customer stories.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of displays.
  • Utilize Mondelēz International's harmonized display & design principles; maintain project documentation & reporting to communicate project status.
  • Track Perfect Store KPIs, identify distribution opportunities through analysis, and execute action plans.
  • Support fast-track initiatives: analyze, prepare revisions, sign off, and monitor priorities and results with Category Planning and Activation teams.
  • Manage activities within the agreed budgets.

The Perfect Store Manager leads the PS growth pillar, creating and executing the Picture Of Success across various channels, focusing on impactful visibility and collaboration with Key Account and Brand Managers. Responsibilities include planning and executing visibility plans, achieving KPIs, monitoring competition, and growing categories under the Perfect Store growth lever.

Additional Attributes

Ideal candidates are agile, innovative, collaborative, and possess strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Job Requirements

Experience of 2-4 years in relevant roles.

Travel

May include domestic travel.

Work Schedule

Full-time. No relocation support available.
