Job Title: Store Operations Manager

Store Operations Manager Job Description

The overall performance and management of all stores falls under the responsibility of the Store Operations Manager. This includes ensuring that all stores are running efficiently, effectively, and smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and resolve problems arising in any of the stores.
  2. Oversight of the daily operations of all stores and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Task delegation to store in-charges and staff as necessary.
  4. Addressing and resolving audit findings related to all stores.
  5. Communication with higher management to address store-related issues and respond to queries.
  6. Implementation of instructions from higher management regarding store operations.
  7. Resolution of grievances of store staff by communication with higher management.
  8. Addressing queries and verification complications from H/O and D/O.
  9. Collaboration with other departments to resolve miscellaneous matters.
  10. Selling scrap items and providing on-the-job training to subordinates.
  11. Completion of all tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Specifications:

To be successful as a Store Operations Manager, you will need to have:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain & Commerce.
  2. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
  3. Proficiency in using MS Office.
  4. Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
