Chief Sales Officer

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to establish and drive a predictable sales engine across multiple channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a sales CRM from scratch, integrating tools like Notion, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel.
- Develop effective outreach workflows for LinkedIn, cold emailing, and leveraging network connections.
- Optimize inbound sales funnels by responding to incoming leads and setting up high-converting nurture systems.
- Lead a junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Appointment Setter, providing guidance, coaching, and accountability.
- Closing small-to-mid ticket clients and establishing systems for consistent lead-to-close tracking.
- Deliver weekly KPI reports to senior leadership, focusing on results-driven insights.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or Hospitality sectors.
- A proven track record of setting up CRMs and Outreach processes from scratch.
- Mastery of LinkedIn lead generation and Cold Email techniques, with expertise in finding decision-makers and engaging them effectively.
- A funnel builder mindset, capable of connecting dots across outbound, inbound, retargeting, and CRM workflows.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and scaling a small SDR team.
- A self-starter mentality, comfortable owning numbers and outcomes without constant supervision.
- A solid understanding of key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and Pipeline Velocity.
- Fluent English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience selling Airbnb, Hospitality, Real Estate, or SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, or similar outbound automation tools.
- Comfortable building basic landing pages or email automations.
- A competitive base salary combined with an aggressive commission structure.
