Senior Software Engineer - Python - Django

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with expertise in backend development, DevOps practices, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in building robust, scalable applications, integrating advanced NLP and generative AI solutions, and implementing efficient web scraping systems. You will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining applications to ensure high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  2. Build and deploy scalable APIs and microservices for AI/ML-powered applications.
  3. Design and implement NLP and generative AI models for real-world applications.
  4. Develop web scraping tools and data pipelines for extraction and processing.
  5. Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  6. Ensure system reliability and scalability on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  7. Debug, optimize, and maintain existing systems to enhance performance.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production.
  9. Monitor data security and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Python backend development.
  • Proven expertise in DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with NLP techniques and libraries (spaCy, NLTK) and generative AI models (e.g., GPT, T5).
  • Proficiency in web scraping tools (Scrapy, Beautiful Soup, Selenium).
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrable experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Familiarity with big data tools (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience with MLOps workflows for AI deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of large-scale data pipelines and data lakes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices for web scraping and backend systems.
  • Ability to design and optimize distributed, high-availability systems.
